We loved making use of the house fleet of Mercedes, however, if you want to skip the rental car. There has been a resort of renown here since 1868, when Ocean House first opened. What we now see, though still in a grand Victorian style, is a rebuilt resort that included reassembling original fittings and features, such as the fieldstone fireplace in the lobby lounge. One of the best….hotels for a perfect, luxurious winter weekend away. The interiors are beautifully and professionally done with tones of blues, grays, whites and other nautical colors.
